Policies

Unless a guest is under 18 and accompanied by a guardian, only the waxer and the guest being waxed will be allowed in the wax room during the service.

By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without proper notification of no less than 24 hours.  We have a 5 minute late policy. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or you may not receive your complete service.

All of our packages, auto-pays, and gift certificates are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our packages, auto-pays, or gift certificates, however we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services within our facilities.
